Shipping and Delivery
All our packages are shipped by tracked mail or parcel through La Poste and its partners. We do not offer shipping without tracking because we want to ensure the best possible experience for our customers.
Your tracking number will be provided when your order is shipped, by email, or by phone if you provide your number during registration. You must provide your phone number so the delivery personnel can contact you if the packages do not fit in your mailbox.

Return Policy
We gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations.• Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be returned within 21 days of delivery.
• Cancellations can be requested up to 3 hours after the order is placed.
Returns are at the buyer's expense and must be sent at least by certified mail with a tracking number to the return address below.
You can return items in their original packaging directly via La Poste, at a post office, or by printing your own stamps at home after purchasing on the La Poste website.
